DarNified UI F3 (best GUI mod, in my opinion) Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch (absolutely essential) Fallout 3 Mod Manager (essential, because the default mod interface sucks) Fallout 3 Script Extender (essential to make some mods work) Weapon Mod Kits (superb simple mod, requires Script Extender). We'd like more than that, though, as ever. Will it have swords and sorcery in it? Almost certainly. 
Will TES6 have a bigger world than Skyrim? Probably.
There are a few details out there which have allowed us to speculate about the setting of TES6, and the teaser is pretty, but for now most of our thinking about the upcoming RPG has to take place in imagination land. I don't know if the author would be interested in it, but you can ask anyway, here's a link: If you want Darnified UI, you will have to go to the author of the mod, and ask them if they are interested in porting it to Fallout 4.
